Type D apartments are available on the 2nd floor and penthouse level (3rd floor) only. They are 1 bedroom apartments with an entrance lobby area opening onto a large living room with American style open kitchen on the right hand side. The dual aspect lounge has a window to the rear by the kitchen area and sliding patio doors at the front of the property.
Towards the front of the property is an internal corridor separating the bedroom from the living area and giving access to the bathroom. The bedroom is at the front of the apartment and has sliding patio doors to the balcony. This arrangement means that bedroom also faces the pool or garden view and you can step out on to the balcony directly from the bedroom.
The balcony is nearly as wide as the whole apartment will have views across the tropical, landscaped gardens of the Paradise Beach Resort. Some type D apartments will also have pool views and others may be able to see the sea. Access to the balcony can be directly from the living room as well as from the bedroom via sliding patio doors and the balcony is partly covered helping to keep the apartment cool but still great for Sun worshipers.
Type D Penthouse (3rd floor) balconies are a very spacious 17.4 Square Metres while the type D Apartments on the 2nd floor have even larger balconies of 27.94 Square Metres.
All internal room sizes are the same for types C and D apartments.
