Type C apartments are available on the 2nd and penthouse level (3rd floor) only. They are 1 bedroom apartments with an entrance lobby area opening onto a large living room with American style open kitchen on the left hand side. The dual aspect lounge has a window to the rear by the kitchen area and sliding patio doors at the front of the property.
Towards the rear of the apartment there is an internal corridor separating the bedroom from the living area and giving access to the bathroom. The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and has no direct access to the balcony. This could be a preferred arrangement when sleeping children are not disturbed by parents using the balcony.
The Balcony is a little wider than the main living room and will have views across the tropical, landscaped gardens of the Paradise Beach Resort. Some type C apartments will also have pool views and others may be able to see the sea. Access to the balcony is directly from the living room via sliding patio doors and the balcony is partly covered helping to keep the apartment cool but still great for Sun worshipers.
Type C Penthouse (3rd floor) balconies are a spacious 8.59 Square Metres while the type C Apartments on the 2nd floor have slightly larger balconies of 13.79 Square Metres.
All internal room sizes are the same for types C and D apartments.
